Q)Where can I purchase a ticket in person?
A)Retail outlets can be found here!
Q) My tickets haven’t arrived yet! What should I do?
A)Tracking numbers will be sent out no later than Monday and all bands will arrive by Sept 16. You may contact email@example.com with any transfers on passes purchased after August 18. If you bought an Experience Pass, we will get you inside! 🙂
Q)Can I get a discount code?
A) We do not have discount codes. You can purchase an Experience Pass at a retail outlet, avoid credit card and processing fees, and save over $20.
Q)I’ve had an an issue with purchasing my Experience Pass! Help!

Q)When will Experience Pass be shipped to me?
A)All WRISTBANDS will be sent out the last week in August and should arrive the first week in September.
Q)My plans have changed and I won’t be home to receive my Experience Pass! How do I change my Experience Pass to be picked up at the gate?
Q)Does Ready Set Camp include my Experience Pass?
A)You need to purchase an Experience Pass in addition to your Ready Set Camp purchase.
Q)Does my Experience Pass include camping and parking?
A)Yes. Your Experience Pass includes walk in camping. Parking costs $20, or free with 3 in a car, 2 in a two-seat truck, or with a motorcycle
Q)I’ve purchased an Experience Pass, but I can’t go anymore! Can I return my Experience Pass?
A)We do not process returns, but you can sell or gift your Experience Pass and transfer the name associated. Contact email@example.com
Q)Do locals get in for free?
A)If you’re eligible for a locals discount, you’ll be receiving a mailer between July 15 and August 15.
Q)Do my kids need Experience Passes?
A)Children 12 and under are free, but if your child looks older, please bring id to verify their age!
