Symbiosis Gathering 2009 Cabin Registration
If your idea of camping includes a bed and private shower, we've got you covered. Make it a romantic getaway for two, or reunite the old crew (or whatever) in a big cabin. Mini-fridges and free internet can be yours!
To register for a cabin, please complete the form at right, indicating your choices in order of preference. You will be notified via email to confirm your reservation.
Once you receive an email confirmation of availability, you have 10 days to send in your nonrefundable, full payment in order to finalize your booking.

MATHER CABINS
Mather Cabins are rustic and cozy, where you can be "at" the festival and in the action, but still have your own space to chill out and sleep in a bed. Bring your own bed linens, blankets and a combination lock. Bed arrangements vary by room. Note: These cabins are modestly furnished and do not have a private bathroom. These are 'campground-style' cabins.

EVERGREEN CABINS
Evergreen Cabins have the best of everything at SG09: Close to a retreat center, restaurant, tavern, recreation building, free internet access, and phone access - for those who want to enjoy the festival and still find some time for solace and relaxation (or, dare we say it, work). All this is just a five minute walk from the dancefloor. Free Parking is included for all registered guests.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE:
Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled after 10 days. No exceptions.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:
All rooms are reserved for four nights; check-in begins at 3:30PM on Thursday September 17th, and check-out is at 11AM on Monday, September 21st.
SG09 EVENT TICKETS NOT INCLUDED:
Festival passes must be purchased separately, and patrons will be required to have them in order to check-in. Purchase tickets now to get the best price.
THINGS NOT TO DO:
It may seem obvious, but you are renting a Hotel Room here. The person who rents the room will be legally responsible for it. DO NOT damage or 'borrow' anything or your credit card will be charged. Choose your companions wisely.
Evergreen Lodge Notes:
1) SMOKING: All cabins are strictly non-smoking. A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in cabins, and additional charges may apply as well.
2) PETS: Pets are not allowed in or around guest cabins, in vehicles or on property. While we are all pet lovers at the Evergreen, we cannot allow them at the lodge. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for violations.
3) COOKING: Cooking is not permitted in or around cabins.
4) MAXIMUM NUMBERS OF GUESTS: 4 people in a couples cabin or cottage, or 6 people in a family cabin.
